It’s not uncommon, at some point in our lives, to get to a point where we ask ourselves, “Does it really have to be this way forever? Do I really have to carry this pain for the rest of my life?” You may be experiencing some of this pain in your own life and are wondering how it can get better. Can this stress and anxiety really lessen? Do I have to go through all this alone? I want deeper more meaningful relationships, but how do I go about having that? Whether you’re feeling this pain alone or in relationship with another, you may be longing for the support of another to help make sense of what is happening.
I work to provide a safe relationship where my clients can explore the story of how they arrived at such a hard place and discover the next steps to find the healing that they desire for themselves and the relationships they have in their lives.
Building a safe and trusting relationship is such an effective way to bring about positive change. When you come to me, I will work diligently to ensure our sessions will be a space where you can share your story without fear of judgment. I am committed to walking with you toward growth and helping you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
