Welcome to Indigo Counseling Services
At Indigo Counseling Services, our therapists seek to support each client’s journey toward greater agency, self-compassion, and healing through a therapeutic relationship defined by intentional collaboration and mutual respect. Seeking help is an immensely courageous act, one that can come with many fears, uncertainties, and anxieties. We hope to honor that courage by supporting each individual’s deepest longings for healing and connection.

Individual Therapy
Some signs that individual therapy might be the right step for you:
-Negative self talk and cycling negative thoughts are common and have begun to disrupt your daily life and relationships
-You have difficulty finding enjoyment in and motivation for your daily activities
-You’ve been struggling to communicate your thoughts and feelings, particularly in your relationships with close friends and loved ones
-There is a life difficulty or crisis that you are struggling to understand, process, or move beyond
-You feel stuck or frozen in trying to make large or even small decisions about your life
If any of these experiences resonate, you may want to consider individual therapy.
